Janet Jackson promises she's planning "something special" for victims of Hurricane Harvey

All For You Janet Jackson showed her support to the city of Houston visiting the George R. Brown Center with Mayor Sylvester Turner and her brother Randy Jackson on Friday

Singer Janet Jackson visits survivors of Hurricane Harvey at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. The "What Have You Done for Me" singer will be dedicating her performance to those affected by Hurricane Harvey and is donating the show's proceeds to local flood relief charities.

It was also the same day that a lawsuit against Jackson and Live Nation entertainment over a series of cancelled concerts in 2016 was revealed to be settled by TMZ.

Janet Jackson is back like she never left as she made her return to the stage since giving birth to son, Eissa, in January - but it's her awesome post-baby body that got people talking.

Megawatt smile The 51-year-old icon looked excited to mingle with the crowd the same day it was revealed a lawsuit against her and concert promoter Live Nation had been settled

Jackson flashed her megawatt smile as she mingled with the crowd who were all excited to see the So Excited singer. This is her eighth concert tour. "She brought smiles and hugs", an eyewitness shared with E!News. Janet Jackson made her return to the stage on Thursday, September 7, in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Janet wore her long hair in a high ponytail as she did her choreo in a fitted white sweater, skinny jeans and knee high boots. Janet - who has eight-month-old son Eissa Al Mana with her estranged husband Wissam Al Mana - isn't the only celebrity to have shown their charitable side after the vicious storm ravaged the city, as stars such as Beyoncé, Jimmy Fallon, Taylor Swift, Pink, Justin Bieber, Kevin Hart, and the Kardashian family have also stepped forward to give their time and money to various relief efforts. Three months after the baby's birth, the couple split.

Janet took to her official website and social media channels to address the news head-on and announce that the Unbreakable Tour was becoming the State Of The World Tour. The socially conscious record calls out prejudice, ignorance, and bigotry.
